RUG's turn to react to our Evita Petition!!

We have just received a very interesting reply from Tristram Penna, the Managing Director for Records and Music at The Really Useful Group.

Mr Penna has very kindly taken the time to explain the "budgetary and market constraints" which eventually led to the choice of releasing a single CD instead of a double.

Of course we feel very honoured to have received Mr Penna's feedback, but we still think we deserved a more complete "souvenir" of this great 2006 production.

As usual, we have forwarded the full text of Mr Penna's reply to all the Petition's supporters.

Thanks for the email :)

I am disappointed because I think there are enough fans of PQ and of Evita to warrant a full recording :'(

We have got the full 3 CDs of Les Miz and we think it is brilliant

I am sure there are many other fans that have bought the full version of Les Miz

PQ is a gentleman with a wonderful voice, a brilliant actor & is very kind ~ especially to my son.

Actually, PQ is just brilliant in every way.
