We have just got home from PQ and RA first night

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW !!!!!!!!!

Phil's hair is a more bouffant style and the costumes are more flashy

His dancing is amazing as is his singing

Well the whole evening was brilliant

I took some photos so if you would like to see them PM me

We met up with him afterwards and we chatted about Australia & New York

His signed our programme and I took some more photos

We gave them a standing ovation at the end and they were given a bouquet of flowers each.

Before the start we wondered if it was going to be half empty but then it filled up

Including 3 blokes who came in late into the seats in the 2nd row in the middle of the stalls

Here's a videoclip of the La Cage aux Folles number performed at last week's Tonight's The Night programme on BBC. Apart from The Cagelles no other members of the cast appeared.

With the exception of the rather erm... cumbersome special guest, The Cagelles performed a very similar choreography to the one that can be seen at the live show.

I've been a fan of PQ for a couple of years now and never managed to see him perform live.... well last Thursday night I did, and boy oh boy was I a happy woman. Not only was this production of La Cage fantastic, not only did Roger Allam play an honest and heart-warming Albin, but Philip Quast sang divinely (as always), danced, flirted and snogged a very lucky front-row male audience member .... If only I lived closer and could go every week until the end of August.

We have been again to see LCAF tonight

They were much better tonight ~ Roger was much more confident in his performance and they had lots of fun with it.

I will write more later as I am off to bed now
