As a rule, the PQG Team do not approve of actions of a lucrative nature to be advertised on the PQG Message Board.
However, we cannot prevent other users from taking initiatives on the Internet outside the competence of the Philip Quast Guide and its Message Board.

In a spirit of openness and considering that the Harvey McHugh episodes are not commercially available, we will not remove the above post from the Message Board.
However, we would like to draw our readers' attention on the fact that the PQG Team are not responsible for the reliability and integrity of members of the PQG Message Board carrying out lucrative activities elsewhere on the Internet.

Thank you for your attention.
The PQG Team

Hi,
another member of the PQG Message Board is currently kindly recording the series and she is only going to charge me for the basic costs (blank DVDs, p&p).
It's nice to know there are generous and selfless people around.

I'll post further updates later in December and if everything goes well I'm willing to provide copies to anyone who is interested under the same conditions (ie only charging for the blank DVDs and p&p).

Cheers,
Eli

Ooh bit harsh. I could be deeply generous and selfless for all you know, and I don't think selling something that I know people really want to see is a bad thing. By all means give it away and pat yourself on the pack whilst you do it, my dear.

Although if you and your Oz friend were really as good as you say then there wouldn't be any charges for the discs or the p&p, would there?

I bid this site adieu and shall take my auction notifications away to other sites where the concept of free trade doesn't scare people so much.

And so I leave you, with all the furies hanging about your head.

I don't think we were harsh, Waldorf, we simply stated the "philosophy" of this Message Board, which seems to be beyond your understanding.
We could have removed your "advert" (your words) straightaway. We didn't, because we thought it wouldn't be fair to to censor your initiative.

Sorry to lose you, good luck with your eBay auction.

Waldorf,
I don't think your post is fair on Eli all she has said is we can also get a copy from another member on the board! Obviously there would be a charge for costs and no one would expect otherwise.
It is lovely of both of you to offer other members a chance to get a copy of "Harvey" and I will look on Ebay when you put it on.

Have ceased lurking - and I do that a lot, can never have enough of the divine Mr Quast :-) to say why don't we all watch it right now?

This involves bittorrents. If you know what they are and how to use them hooray, but for those that don't here's the step-by-step.

1. Go to www.diwana.org and open a free account.
2. Click on the Australian TV category.
3. Search for The Damnation of Harvey McHugh.
4. Links for the first five episodes come up, download them all.
5. Unless you have torrent softwear already don't try to open the files.
6 Go to http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ and download the free client.
7. When azureus is safely installed on your desktop open your Harvey files with it.
8. Azureus will now download the episodes. It took my computer just under two hours to do them all.
9. Turn off phone, prepare pleasing beverage, take a deep breath and click on the first of your unwatched episodes, and enjoy what I believe to be PQ's finest T.V performance.
10. Enjoy.

Sometimes diwana.org is closed to new people, but if everyone on here who wants to see it shares emails then it can be overcome.

Diwana memeers earn invites as they download and upload stuff, I can currently invite two people to open accounts.

So if two people want to email me then I'll invite them, they can then open an account, download Harvey , earn invites and invite two more people and so on...

Happy viewing everyone :-)

Hi, I would love to get a copy of The Damnation of Harvey Mc Hugh. If any one can help me please let me know. Thanks Mouse, but your reply is far toooo tech for me to take in. I am happy to pay the price of a disc P&P etc. so pleae mail me if you can help.

Also I have located a copy of 80 ways around the world on DVD but its in the USA. Any USA members out there who would receive the copy for me. The company will not mail to the UK desspite my telling them I am happy to pay what ever it costs. If there is a USA member who could receive it and then down load it on their computer and copy a disc off for me it would be great. I have an all region DVD player. MOst of my USA friends are like me total incapable of copying etc. THanks

If anyone is watching Harvey by torrents then be excited because four more eps have been posted on the diwana site. Am off to download and watch them right now. Can't wait to find out what The Minsiter will do next.
