Musical lovers consider Philip Quast the best London Javert of all times. That's the final verdict of a comprehensive poll launched by the excellent Londonlesmis.co.uk website.
Congratulations to 'Old Friends' Ruthie Henshall, Jenny Galloway, Alun Armstrong, Michael Ball and Lea Salonga, who also won the title of "Best Ever" for their respective roles in past LesMis productions.

Hello Fellow Quasties! I'm new to this wonderful message board but have been logging on now for some time.
PQ Best London Javert? - Best Ever Javert if you ask me. Was that ever in doubt???  . Well Done Phillip. Looking forward to seeing you back in the UK soon.
I was fortunate enough to have seen Philip in Forum last Summer. A dream come true.

Yup, Philip is definately THE Javert ... nobody even comes close! 
Unfortunately I've never had the pleasure of seeing him live ... which is why I'm hoping and hoping he'll get the part in Evita ... then I HAVE to go to London to see him!
